- Ian Wilton Review added: 2018.11.26★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆I ordered some decorative waxed logs which my customer is very pleased with. I paid for a fast delivery but they did not meet the delivery date. I asked for a refund on the delivery cost as my customer was inconvenienced but they still charged me for a standard delivery.
After receiving my order I emailed them to request a vat invoice ...they did not reply. I emailed them a further 2 times but still no vat invoice or reply ! Good product but terrible customer care skills.
